Registration Information

Online registration system for Oregon Online is under construction for Fall 2010.

Please download and complete the registration form in Word or PDF format. Counselors/registrars must sign at the bottom of the front side of the form; students and parents must sign the reverse side of the form. The registration form must be received by the Oregon Onlne office before a student's registration is complete. Students and parents must also sign the computer use agreement form in Word or (pdf).

Students new to Oregon Online must complete a short orientation course before enrollment; the orientation flyer is available in Word or pdf formats.
