Registration Information
Online registration for Winter/Spring 2007 began January 8.
Schools who have purchased slots can visit Online
Registration to enroll a new student. When the registration screen appears, log on
using your Username and Password, and then follow the instructions below.
Schools who do not yet have an online registration account can download the registration form in Word format.

- Click the Registration link
on the blue bar on the top of your screen, and choose Course Registration..

For a student who has previously-enrolled in Oregon Online, click the Search button to find their previous record; for a student new to Oregon Online, click the New Student button.

On the right side of the screen are three buttons, for Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer terms. Please make sure to choose the correct term
for which you are registering a student.

Complete the registration form and click Add/Change Courses. Missing information may cause a validation error, which will inform you onscreen of the field that needs to be completed.

Enroll the student in the appropriate
course in one of two ways: (1) by using the Course Types drop down
box and picking the subject type (Art, Health, Math, Language Arts,
etc.; and (2) by using the 1 2 3… numbers at the bottom of
the course table to move forward and backward through the course
lists.

Select the course to add by
checking the box located between the title and the descripton of the course. Due to the unique nature of some courses, they may be offered during only one term; please call if there are questions or special circumstances. If your students work on the trimester basis, please call for special assistance.

When all
the courses for an individual student have been selected, click the Register button in the lower right corner. You should receive a message that you have
enrolled the student, or error messages requesting additional information.
The student cannot be registered without a message that the student
